Floats will line up behind Emmanuel Church (6656 Center Rd)\, while all other entries line up in front of the Depot. \nIn the evening\, bring your blankets and chairs to Mill Stream Park for an incredible night of entertainment and food\, all leading up to a dazzling firework show at dusk—presented by the Valley City Community Group. DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the Frog Jump Festival is to have a thoroughly enjoyable family fun day for the community and for our visitors. Our measure of success is in seeing kids\, parents and grandparents all leave happily at the end of the day\, satisfied\, with full tummies\, and glad they attended again this year. Some are lucky enough to be carrying one or more trophies. It is also the major fund raising event of the year for the Community Group.
