There are 4 major Festivals held in Valley City each year:
- Independence Day Parade and Fireworks
- Frog Jump
- Street Fair
- Christmas in the Valley
Thousands of local and neighboring residents attend all four Valley City festivals, and we are looking forward to another big and better year.
The Frog Jump and Christmas in the Valley are the largest fundraisers for the Valley City Community Group, and the Street Fair for the Fire Department is the largest fundraiser for the Fire Department.

December 7th and 8th
Christmas in the Valley
Presented by the Valley City Community Group, begins with a holiday evening Sing-a-long on Saturday night. On Sunday, we’ll close Rt.303 for a fun filled day including; a Chili cookoff; Kid Zone; Kids Scavenger Hunt; Holiday Market with many vendors; North Pole Parlor; the Firehouse where there will be a basket raffle, 50/50 raffle and a beer tent; a parade featuring Santa and so much more.

Firefighters Association's Pancake Breakfast
It’s time for the Firefighters association’s annual Pancake Breakfast! Come down to the Valley City Fire Department Sunday, March 2nd and Sunday March 9th for an all you can eat pancake, sausage, and scrambled egg breakfast! Enjoy the community fellowship while supporting our brave firefighters.
